+++ Corona Update +++
The AACZ is as affected by the the Corona-Pandemic as is our entire society. Accordingly, we had to postpone the celebration of our 125th anniversary and our meetings are online.
Luckily the slightly relaxed situation of the last weeks and the recently updated Corona protection measures let us do again what we like most: Going into the mountains together. For this purpose we have prepared COVID safety guidelines which are mandatory for all AACZ mountain psorts activities.

Boulder and Climbing meet-up
Our training sessions for bouldering, climbing and dry tooling are typically organized by interested members spontaneously using our email list or chat platfrom on slack. Often club members team up for climbing training in the Gaswerk gym in Schlieren on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
In addition to our mountain activities and training sessions our we also meet regularly to share impressions from past adventures, plan upcoming event and the tour of next weekend or to just simply socialize, have a beer together or in summer a barbeque.
About once or twice per semestre we meet a little bit more formally in a smester meeting to discuss upcoming topics. In between, we meet every four to six weeks in a less formal setting. All these meetings are good opportunity to get in touch with us and to find our more about the AACZ. If you are interested please contact us.
Three times per year the entire club meets including those who became lkess active in the mountains: In January we have our traditional “Rehschnitzelfrass” dinner accompanied with a short general assembly to admit new members to the club. In June we hold our general assembly that covers all the required administrative topics. And in autumn we celebrate the anniversary of the club at the Stiftungsfest which takes place alternately on our two huts.
When and where?
The more formal events (Semestersitzung, Rehschnitzelfrass and GA) take place at Linde Oberstrass.
Located between the Rigiplatz and the main buildings of ETH and University, right next to the tram stop “Winkelried ” for the lines 9 and 10.
